DANIEL B. GOLDBERG, MD, FACS
Dr. Goldberg has performed over 4000 LASIK procedures and was a participant in the CRS study leading to the FDA approval of LASIK. Dr. Goldberg has served his profession as New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology President and as Counselor to the American Academy of Ophthalmology. He was the first New Jersey eye surgeon to have actual surgical skills and results certified by the American College of Eye Surgeons (ACES), and has been named by colleagues as one of the "Best Doctors in America" as well as "Top Doc" by New Jersey Monthly Magazine.

RONALD W. KRISTAN, MD, FACS

Dr. Kristan graduated from New York University Medical School and completed his ophthalmology residency and his subspecialty Fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Albany Medical Center. He is a fellow of the prestigious American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Kristan is one of five eye surgeons in New Jersey certified by the American Board of Eye Surgery in cataract and implant surgery. Dr. Kristan in listed in Who's Who in Medicine and Healthcare. Dr. Kristan is a Past President of the NJ Academy of Ophthalmology, where he is still an active member.


C. PETER BONTEMPO, MD, FACS

Dr. Bontempo received his M.D. degree from Hahnemann Medical School in Philadelphia, and completed his Ophthalmology Residency at The University of Texas Southwestern. His post-graduate training in diseases of the retina and vitreous was completed at Texas Retina Associates. Dr. Bontempo specializes in the treatment of medical retinal disorders, including diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular disorders, and macular degeneration. As a general ophthalmologist in Atlantic Eye Physicians, He also performs routine screening eye examination on diabetic patients, treats glaucoma, and performs cataract and laser surgery to treat diabetic eye disease.


ROBERT J. FEGAN, MD

Dr Fegan is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania, PA and did post graduate work at Columbia University, New York, NY. He received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, NY and completed his residency in Ophthalmology at The New Jersey Eye Institute at UMDNJ. Dr Fegan utilizes the most advanced surgical and laser techniques treating cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and a variety of other ophthalmic diseases.


ROY J. PARK, MD

Dr. Park is a graduate of Dartmouth College, Hanover, New Hampshire. He received his medical degree with honors from Jefferson Medical College, Philadelphia PA. His ophthalmology residency was completed at the University of Washington, Seattle WA. He also completed an extensive clinical and surgical Fellowship in Glaucoma at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, New York, NY. Dr. Park has published original research on glaucoma in some of the most well-respected ophthalmology journals. Dr. Park uses the most advanced diagnostic, medical, laser, and surgical techniques in his practice of ophthalmology. Although his subspecialty is glaucoma, he also provides comprehensive eye care, including the treatment of cataracts, diabetes, age-related macular degeneration and other ocular diseases.



Drs. Goldberg, Kristan, Bontempo, Fegan, and Park are Diplomats of the American Board of Ophthalmology. Drs. Goldberg, Kristan, Bontempo, Fegan, and Park are also Fellows of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. All our doctors are active in both State and National Ophthalmic Medical Associations.
